Complete guide to installing and using your Expert Advisor

Installation

Make sure you have MetaTrader 5 installed and running before proceeding.
  1. Download the EA file

    Login to your dashboard and download the EA file

  2. Open MT5 Data Folder

    In MT5, go to File → Open Data Folder

  3. Navigate to Experts Folder

    Go to MQL5 → Experts

  4. Copy EA File

    Copy the downloaded EA file to this folder

  5. Restart MT5

    Restart MT5 or refresh the Navigator (right-click → Refresh)

  6. Attach to Chart

    Drag the EA from Navigator onto your desired chart

License Activation

Step 1: Get Your License Key
  1. Login to your dashboard
  2. Go to "My Licenses"
  3. Copy your license key
Step 2: Configure MT5
  1. Go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors
  2. Check "Allow WebRequest"
  3. Add https://brz.finance to allowed URLs
Important: The EA will automatically validate your license with our servers. Make sure your internet connection is stable.

EA Settings

Risk Percentage 1% Percentage of balance to risk per trade
Max Daily Drawdown 5% Maximum daily loss allowed
News Filter Enabled Avoid trading during news events
Trading Hours 00:00-23:59 Active trading time range
Magic Number 12345 Unique identifier for EA trades

Troubleshooting

  • Verify you've entered the correct license key
  • Check that brz.finance is added to allowed URLs
  • Ensure your internet connection is active
  • Confirm the license is activated for your MT5 account number

  • Check that AutoTrading is enabled (button in toolbar)
  • Verify the EA smiley face is visible on the chart
  • Review the Experts tab for any error messages
  • Ensure trading hours are configured correctly

  • Verify your internet connection is stable
  • Check MT5 connection status in the bottom right
  • Ensure Windows Firewall isn't blocking MT5
  • Try restarting MT5 and re-attaching the EA
